Clam Lake is part of the Chain of Lakes which includes Elk Lake, Round Lake, Torch Lake, Grass River, and Lake Bellaire. These waters add up to 160 miles of shoreline. This area is rich in things to do; boating, fishing, golf, sunbathing, nature walks, watching beautiful sunsets, or just relaxing. This home is nestled between the quaint towns of Alden and Bellaire (about 5 minutes away), which have great shops and restaurants. It is about 30 miles from both Traverse City and Charlevoix. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the house sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a beautiful sprawling deck across whole front of home with breathtaking views from every window. There is a dock out front to dock your boat. This home rents by the week (Fri-Fri) starting Memorial weekend through September. We also rent in the fall, winter, and spring.
