This home is located on Clam Lake with 140 feet of sand bottom lake frontage. Only minutes by boat into the beautiful Torch Lake. Clam Lake is part of the Chain of Lakes which includes Elk Lake, Round Lake, Torch Lake, Grass River, and Lake Bellaire. These waters add up to 160 miles of shoreline. This area is rich in things to do; boating, fishing, golf, sunbathing, nature walks, watching beautiful sunsets, or just relaxing. This home is nestled between the quaint towns of Alden and Bellaire (about 5 minutes away), which have great shops and restaurants. It is about 30 miles from Traverse City.
Rental Information:
Below you will find our weekly rates. We rent from Friday to Friday. Arrival is at 6pm and departure is at noon. To reserve a date, a deposit of half is required (*see note below). Full payment is expected upon arrival. A $500.00 security deposit is also collected but is returned to you upon inspection.
